always it was a pleasure dealing with everyone there at FF Ford and
purchasing my 5th Ford. I went to every lot on car row that day. I
started at Ford and ended at Ford. Out of all the lots we went to and
all the sales people we talked to, you and your coworkers were by far
the most delightful and professional people we met all day with all
day!

had a great experience. The customer service was great. The salesman
listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and the price and paired
me with the perfect vehicle. He showed me all the features and how to
operate everything. He even did a follow up call a few days later to see
if I had any other questions or concerns.

Had
a very low pressure experience buying my new MKZ. The pricing matched
on-line services we reviewed and did not require intense negotiations.
Staff was courteous at giving us time and space when we needed to talk.
They didn't force us towards any financing plan but really worked with
us and listened to what we wanted in our financing. I haven't always had
this kind of experience at Ford dealers in the past but definitely had
it here in Fairfield

Easy car buying experience.
Had been looking for several months to purchase a used Camaro. While doing research on Kelly Blue Book I came across a listing for a Camaro with the exact options I was looking for that was thousands below blue book.
I spoke with Steve H. over the phone and arranged for a test drive. I was coming from Sacramento but figured for the price it was definitely worth the short drive.
Steve was very professional and had a no pressure approach. I absolutely hate buying cars because of pushy staff. Not here, there was no trickery and all I could think was wait until you have to sit with the finance person and go through the whole up-sell routine.
I met with Dwight, the finance person who again was professional and did absolutely no up-selling. The entire process was very pleasant and quick. I would definitely purchase a vehicle here again.

a great deal on a newer car here and I am very pleased with the nice
service I got. My bank messed up on a car loan paperwork and Ford
Fairfield was able to get me an even better rate. Very happy overall!
